NovAtel Launches New Product Line

NovAtel recently announced it has a a brand new global navigation and positioning device line that combines data from multiple positioning devices to provide the most accurate position solution.
Called CORRECT, it is designed for NovAtel’s OEM6 products and is able to have precise-point accuracy and delivers decimeter-level accuracy worldwide, according to the company. It is equipped with corrections from TERRASTAR, which supports the new line, and does not require any additional add-ons to the base-station infrastructure.
“For a number of reasons, many of our customers have been eager for an end-to-end NovAtel OEM positioning service. NovAtel CORRECT rounds out our product and service offering and gives customers one-stop shopping for receivers, antennas and correction services,” Jason Hamilton, vice president of marketing for NovAtel, said in a press release.
Customers can either choose to receive correction data via satellite or the Internet.
CORRECT will be available for all OEM6 products in the first quarter of 2014.
