SeeByte Delivers Fleet Piloting Tool for Gliders to NOC

Today, SeeByte announced it has supplied an intelligent software system for unmanned underwater vehicles to the U.K.’s National Oceanography Centre.
The SeeTrack glider fleet management tool allows users to remotely plan missions and monitor the systems constantly. Users can remotely preplan missions and monitor each platform’s position and vital stats.
“These new developments will allow us to more efficiently manage our glider and long range vehicle fleet than ever before,” says Maaten Furlong, head of marine autonomous and robotic systems at NOC. “This will really extend the capabilities of our resources. SeeTrack really lets us focus on getting the results we need by making the data collection process far easier to manage.”
