SeeByte Software to be Featured in NOC Gliders

SeeByte, an international leader in smart software development for unmanned maritime systems, has announced collaboration with the National Oceanography Centre to develop tools for a fleet of gliders.



The NOC, through U.K. Robot and Autonomous Systems funding, recently acquired a large collection of gliders manufactured by two different companies posing a challenge to integrate and operate. SeeByte will create additions to their SeeTrack Professional V4 Software to enable NOC to use a common interface on all the gliders.



The software lends itself to customization and will enable all missions to be tracked and monitored from a single workstation. Data from each mission are stored on a shared database for easy analysis.
