Sunhillo Corp. Acquires Data Software Provider for Navigation Systems

Sunhillo Corporation, a provider of surveillance and data communication services has acquired the Performance Technologies Multi-Protocol Server (MPS) Division, from Sonus Networks.



Performance Technologies MPS Division will be operated as a subsidiary of Sunhillo Corp. and will be known as Sunhillo Performance Technologies (SPT).

The acquisition allows Sunhillo to offer more products and services to a wider range of markets including weather and surveillance for ATC, protocol transport and exchange for Government Communications, and monitoring and probing for the Telecommunications market.
