Bosch LLC has announced that it is sponsoring the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show with its first Driverless Car Experience.
The area will be an opportunity for attendees to see how technologies that assist drivers, such as intelligent cruise assist, automated parking and pedestrian protection, work.
"Bosch is proud to contribute to the future of safer driving by continuously developing technologies for a more intelligent and forward-thinking vehicle," says President Mike Mansuetti. "We predict fully automated driving beyond 2020; however, this event will allow people to experience close up the technologies that mark the first steps on this way and will be available in the near future."
CES, which will be held from 7-10 Jan. in Las Vegas, is one of the largest electronics shows, with more then 3,200 exhibitors.
