The Association for Uncrewed Vehicles Systems International (AUVSI) today named the winners for the sixth annual AUVSI XCELLENCE Awards. The awards recognize the accomplishments of companies, organizations and individuals across the uncrewed systems community. The winners were recognized during an awards ceremony at XPONENTIAL 2023 which is being held this week at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO. This year’s 50 anniversary event is co-hosted by Messe Düsseldorf North America.

AUVSI Launches Trusted Cyber Certification Program for Uncrewed Vehicles
Today from the keynote stage of XPONENTIAL 2023, the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) announced the launch of a voluntary cybersecurity certification for uncrewed systems. AUVSI Trusted Cyber is based on industry-developed standards frameworks to address cyber risks specific to autonomy and robotics.
AUVSI Publishes ‘Blueprint For Autonomy’ to Guide Advancement of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems and Advanced Air Mobility
Today at XPONENTIAL 2023, the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) announced the publication of a white paper encompassing all forms of autonomous flight, focused on the pathway from small uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS, or drones) to Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), encompassing urban and regional air mobility (UAM and RAM) operating in the national airspace system (NAS).
