SeeByte, a Bluefin Robotics company, announced the launch of SeeTrack Military V4, a system with the ability to plan and monitor multiple missions at the same time from a single shared user interface.

SeeTrack, already in use by 19 world navies, allows the user to post-process and store the data in a shared database and view it in both geographic information system and sensor-specific displays meant for unmanned maritime systems. The software was designed using a service-orientated architecture, which operators are able to incorporate into the software with new AUVs, diver handheld systems and other unmanned vehicles using a common interface.

Jon Wood, director of SeeByte, says, “I am really looking forward to showing our customers the new software at our stand in Liverpool. This next version of the software sets the bar very high indeed. We have worked closely with many navies and operators and we have listened carefully to their wants and needs. I am happy to say we have delivered.”

Military clients are given an option to use simpler versions of contact management databases that are compatible with tactical decision level software suites so compatibility with Version 3 of the software is maintained.
